BP Resources was founded on a simple idea: Everyone has a message that deserves to be heard.

Our founder, Brian Proffit, studied communication at Florida Atlantic University. He has written three books, several hundred magazine articles, and hundreds more online articles.  He has appeared on television 10 times, and on radio numerous times.  In his technology days he represented IBM as a speaker at computer conferences around the world.  He pastored a church, delivering public messages week after week as well as doing less formal teaching.  He has conducted workshops on topics from leadership to life coaching.  In other words, he is a gifted communicator.

But he observed something interesting through the years.  Often the people whose words were most influential in his life did not come from the most well-known speakers, writers, and teachers.  Instead, they were ordinary folks with an extraordinary message—but one that was only being heard by a handful of people because those folks didn't have the platform for their messages.  BP Resources was created to change that.

We live in a wonderful age in which there is a wide variety of tools to help get our messages across. It is the mission of BP Resources to provide you with those tools.  Whoever you are, whatever you do, you have a message that would be helpful to others.  We want to help that message reach their ears in an effective way.
